Position Overview:
As a Videographer & Media Specialist, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality video content to support the company's brand and marketing initiatives. This includes a variety of projects such as educational videos, event coverage, social media clips, internal corporate content, and video podcasts. You will work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure all video content aligns with our brand identity and engages our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for multiple platforms including social media, the company website, client education, and video podcasts.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to develop creative video concepts that align with brand goals.
Capture high-quality video footage for client testimonials, product demos, events, interviews, and podcasts.
Edit video content for clarity, style, and impact, incorporating graphics, music, and other post-production elements as needed.
Record and edit video podcasts, ensuring professional audio-visual quality and smooth integration with other content.
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high production standards.
Stay updated on the latest video production trends and tools to continuously enhance video content quality.
Operate and maintain camera equipment, lighting, audio gear, and other production tools.
Maintain video archives and assist with video storage and file management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in corporate or marketing environments.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
Experience with video podcast production and editing, including audio-visual integration.
Experience with video equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio recording devices.
Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and brand communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and project coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality content.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in financial services or wealth management industry.
Motion graphics and animation experience.
Knowledge of SEO and video optimization for web platforms.
