Position Overview:

The Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) will play a key role in the portfolio management team, responsible for conducting research, performing financial analysis, and implementing investment strategies that align with our clients’ goals. This position requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute investment solutions for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, market research, and economic reviews to support investment decision-making.

  • Assist in managing client portfolios, including asset allocation, security selection, and performance monitoring.

  • Provide recommendations on equities, fixed income, and alternative investments based on in-depth research and market conditions.

  • Collaborate with the portfolio management team to ensure portfolios are aligned with client goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.

  • Prepare detailed financial models, reports, and presentations to communicate investment strategies and market insights to clients.

  • Perform risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate portfolio risk while maximizing returns.

  • Stay informed on market trends, economic developments, and financial products to guide investment strategies.

  • Assist in the development and execution of new investment strategies and product offerings for clients.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal investment policies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates on portfolio performance and responding to investment inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • CFA® Charterholder required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or financial analysis.

  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and economic trends.

  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, investment research, and analysis tools.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.

  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing portfolios for high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients.

  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry.

  • Familiarity with portfolio management software and analytical tools.
